First full day back on Lantus and I took the numbers when I wasn't at work. So he got 1/2 unit (or as close as I could get) at 6am, check at 8 and 10 am, then checked at 6:20pm when I got home from work. He got another dose of about 1/2 unit right after that last test. I wanted to give him 1/2 unit to start because his number last night (when we started back on) was 210. I think I will try another day at 1/2 and see what happens. I ordered some more syringes from Target and these will have 1/2 unit marking on them (the ones I have do not). They arrive on Monday.
For those of you that don't know me, I work two jobs 7 days a week. My f/t job during the week and at Walt Disney World on the weekends (that's why it says "i'm going to disney World in Cedric's OTJ video). I usually work there 6 hours but am gone about 8, since it's 30 miles away. I got a new f/t job in November so I can't bring Cedric to that job anymore as new boss is alergic (otherwise no problem he said). I am off on March 9 and will probably do a curve then. I think Cedric's spreadsheet is only updated thru yesterday. His numbers did drop some after the tooth extraction on Tuesday, but he still needs some help.
