2/22 Sabian (PZI .8u) AMPS-334 +2-232 +3-173

Highest AMPS since just after diagnosis - 334. Company is leaving today, so I'm crossing my fingers for the numbers to start dropping, but I'm naturally pessimistic.

She slept with me last night (no other cats get that privilege) and I kept some LC food out so she kind of grazed throughout the night. Could that be causing the high PS numbers?

Grazing through the night can help bg numbers so I wouldn't stop that.

Could it be the cats you have had visiting? Could be stressful and stress raises bg levels. I'd give it a couple cycles to shake out.

Any food eaten after the insulin has peaked, will increase bg numbers.

Sue, I'm holding the expectations that when company leaves, she'll start ramping down a bit on her numbers. I'm keeping Suzi here but Sabian and she get along very well, so I don't expect a lot of stress then.

We'll definitely see. I plan on doing a 12hr curve tomorrow.

What a nice curve today.....no major drops........just a little higher ps that may go down.

It's definitely quieter in my house, and even I'm feeling the reduction in stress now.
