Yes all is well, and YES I did shoot a decrease to 2.75 U this AM.
Well sit around today and see. Have taxes done today finally. So we will have to leave again but here most of the day and night.
YAY I am ready to chill.

Yes ya did! good job patting your own back, too - it's important! this stuff is complicated enough that when you get it . . .
