Ole has been beyond affectionate this morning, and playful too, so a pretty good morning. I gave him an increase to 9.5uL, so I hope he works it.

His eyes do contract in the sunshine, so that is good, but something is definitely going on with them. I know that diabetes effects eyesight in some humans, so I assume this is what's going on.

It is good to be a home body again this weekend. I had a 15 hour day yesterday! Today we are going to do a few of our favorite things, watch Curling, work on my current painting and clean The Monster's aquarium.

how nice to have him super affectionate! that makes it all worthwhile, doesn't it? glad to hear his pupils contract. woot!

Good luck at the vet's on Monday. I had also posted a question about Twice's eyes. They weren't so much cloudy, but his pupils seemed Huge all the time. They are normal looking now so I assumed also that it was the diabetes. Hopefully the vet has some good info :smile:

Ok, Ole, you have some extra juice, so work it well! Looking like a nice slide today :-D

It's so awesome when they are affectionate like that. I hope you have a nice relaxing weekend, that is a long day of work! Have a good Caturday :razz:

My baileys eyes were cloudy at first when his blood sugar was untreated. Now they are much better and a little cloudy but that's age more than anything.

Hope to see better numbers soon.

Glad to hear Ole is being so affectionate. Good luck with the dosecrease.
 
Good Evening!

I think Ole was experiencing NDW today, and we see yellow already this evening. I hope for a nice cruise tonight.

The Monster is our pet crayfish. You can read all about him on Ole's profile. He's awesome, but not very cuddly. Thank you also to Liz for helping me with Ole's condo, I had forgotten to paste!
