Good Morning LL!! ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) (Ahhhhhh.... elixir! Thanks Elsa~), and Happy Catmint Caturday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Paw Prints Pizza is open and ready for business! They are running a Caturday Catnip special today, in honor of Catmint Caturday - lots of nip in those pies! They have even used their signature nip cheese. Best order early! so. well. anyways. ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) ~O) Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot espressos, with beans from deep within the mountain slopes of Africa, AND.... for all my Mocha fans: a venti quad peppermint white chocolate mocha, with peppermint infused whip, garnished with peppermint candy chips and white chocolate shavings... It is my bean's fav! SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of peppermint and vanilla and chocolate and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, sprinkled with peppermint chips and a chocolate caramel drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!

I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. It was a good one here yesterday. It was very much a water day here yesterday, what with swimming in the morning, and swimming again in the evening. It was a slow start getting out the door for us, but once moving off we went! wow, stellar day, but a very long one, with another arrival home at 9PM. That seems to be the norm on FR nights anymore. All good though. Nicholas had a great swim at the Terrace Pool, our evening pool: riding the river in a tube, and shooting hoops at the basketball place. He even made one or two. I know I will feel that one today. In order for him to even come close I had to hold him up while he made the shots. of course we just didn't do one.. :-D  . fun times. The morning pool session found him glued to the big pool - wanting to swim back and forth. He did several times, mostly underwater. He made it all the way across on his own. That is maybe 15 yards? it was such great fun, and he was so proud of himself. SO proud that he did the same feat about 5 more times. I so love his love of the water. It was so busy again there yesterday. On one of these swims there was this guy watching him trying to get through all those folks, and still swim the length. He kept saying "coming though" as Nicholas went by. That was funny as all get out. Comin' through he was, not deterred one bit by the masses. It was a great time(s) in the pool. William had a great time at his other grammie's. She is a god-send, and I am grateful to have her be able to watch William so Nicholas can swim. Nicholas continues to tell me each session when he was done, and ready to go. It is so nice he knows his limits, limits which are rather big ones. One has to respect that. He played hard, stopped when the fuel cells had run dry. He told me stories on each car ride home. Love that drive from MLT to his house: 30 minutes of little guy stories. Quite the imagination he has. He still looks forward to our after swim Friday Night Burger Feast too. That is just so fun: burgers and fries, in the car, in the dark, just him and me, with lots of fun stories. Awesome time!

A special note from Nicholas: he has been searching and searching in my yard, and has found evidence once again, that Spring is coming!!

Normalcy in MusketeerVille!   What to say about the kitties.... They have been good kitties, and even Lola! Well sorta on Lola... Lola will always be Lola. Crazy fun Lola. When I got home last night I watched Bug, once again, continue to maneuver Lola into runs and romps. That is so fun to watch. There was nothing amiss when I got home, just kitties waiting at the top of the stairs.Just as it always is. LOVE THAT! Lola was rolling on the stairs, Bug was pacing, and Elsa was just sitting with that stare: where have you been? They seem to have adjusted to the late Friday nights. I get a few meows, some leg rubs, they get scritches in return, and then off they go. DH fed them so there was no worry over them producing that "blood oath", they had full bellies... They did greet me, and were off on this awesome marathon run and chase, warp speed, a continuous chase for close to 10 minutes, one that included furniture jumps, floor sliding, rug curling, and stair hopping, and a few crashes...  That was so crazy, and pretty normal for Friday nights now. Elsa just sat there and watched them, before turning her back on the both of them, and heading off to bed, with that look on her face: "Well, are you coming?" :-D It is so quiet her this morning... all three of them are napping. alot of Normalcy in MusketeerVille this morning!

Have a great day everyone! I t will be a normal Caturday here" shopping, laundry errands, all those things I never get done when I have the boys. Catch up say! and recovery day from three very busy days with the boys. :-D Time permitting, and weather, I may go for a short hike though the woods to the shore later today. ;-)

KITTIES! Remember: think BLUE, think GREEN cat_pet_icon

Oh Elsa!!! You're serving my favorite latte :-D Two please...oh and one for DH!

Good morning Michelle ~O)

OMG is Nicholas ever growing up fast! I love the 'coming through' story  What a little character he is! And looking for spring is just too darn precious! He would be sorely disappointed in our yard! Feet and feet and feet of snow!
Hopefully you get time from your errands to hit the shore. We have a very nice -14F with sun here today and not much wind, so are planning on taking the droolers out for a run.

Scritches to all your kitties and hugs to you! Have a fabulous Caturday my friend! :-D

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

Morning Kim! ~O) ~O) ~O) How wonderful to hear from you. I hope you and Twice are doing well. :-D And yes on Nicholas: quite the young boy he is now, a very active young boy. I love it when he looks for signs that spring is coming, When we were driving here there and everywhere he kept looking at the yards, hoping to see more flowers. ;-) omg on your snow.... and -14??????  I hope so on today here, it should work out fine, an afternoon woods and shore trek. WOOT! Enjoy that run with the droolers. The sun part will make it great. Enjoy!

Hi Michelle,

What a day for you and Nicholas! Such fun and energy in these Friday fundays :-D I would also be paying for the "assists" in hoop shooting  How nice that the boys other g'mum is close by to help out also. And I bet she loves it too :-D
I can picture your three musketeers waiting on your return, each with their own way of showing you how happy they are you came home

Enjoy your Caturday!

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

Morning Jane ~O) ~O) ~O) THX, we did have a blast. it will be so cool when William can come too. And yes on the other g'mum. She does love it, gives her some one on one time with them. That wait by the kitties kinda is the topping on the ay. It is nice that they are there to meet and greet.

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

Happy Caturday Michelle! I hope all the kitties are enjoying their naps :-D . It's so funny (and cute) that they are all there to greet you when you come home and do a little showing off for mama bean. It's a good thing that DH feeds them or you may have a riot instead  . I hope you have a nice relaxing day recovering from all that boy energy and swimming, get all your errands done, and get that hike

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

Lookit that! Not a speck of snow in your garden!!! And crocuses!! Nicholas knows that springnis coming alright (some would say it is already there).

Michelle, I can imagine that you are tired after shooting all those baskets from the pool, even! Hope you had a nice hike today and a good "rest day" (of sorts).

Enjoy the rest of the weekend,

Ella & Rusty

Thank you, Elsa, for the delicious ~O)

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

I love hearing how the kitties have their routines. Each one greets you in their own way and then off to romp. I think those hoops would be tiring too.

Re: 2/22 LOOSE LIPS: pools & more pools, and HAPPY CATURDAY!

Hi Everyone! How has the day treated you today? We did OK, noting too exciting, but things did get done: shopping, laundry and my taxes are filed. Yahoo on that! Such a relief! We did get some snow!   it started about 8 or so, fell til about 2 and then was done. It didn't stick to anything, just looked darn cool falling from the sky. My kind of snow. :-D I don't think we got out of the 30's today, maybe 39 tops. I did go for a walk, but sure didn't stay out long. I simply could not get warm, my hands just hurt the whole time I was out, it was so cold and wet, so I came home a bit early.

Hi Rachel ~O) They are! we are still wet here, so napping they are, with a few interruptions for marathon runs. I so agree: i love it when I come home and they are all sitting there waiting, with their own form of greeting. really cute! THX on today - it went well, i got things done, and now to Chill out for a while.

Hi Ella ~O) LOL, and yes, do you believe it? we are snowless on the ground, though some did fall today - it just didn't do anything. The crocuses are really pretty, My neighbor has the yellow ones: gorgeous! THX too on the energy level - right your are. it is about 6 here now, and I am really beat: some holdover from the past three days and some from today. It has been a good day, now to unwind some. YAY!
Auntie Ella - you are the best, I UBS you! See you tomorrow , 'K? ~ Elsa, KBP

Hi Carla ~O) hey thx. That they do, they are so unique, each one. Yes they get along so well. really kinda cool. -- I so agree on those hoops! Having to lift him, all 40 pounds of him, that high was... well.... tiring! Worth it though when he'd yell "Grammie! I made one!" ;-) :-D
