Marking these in hours because we aren't necessarily doing an OTJ trial. Trying to figure out when to shoot and how much. I'm marking feeding times on my SS.

Definitely not comfortable shooting at night he's dropping in to the 50s after he eats without insulin. Going to try another daytime cycle with meals as close to every 3-4 hours as I can get.

hehe. . .Juiceless Joe :)

Checked right before leaving the house

+36 was 47
+36.5 up to 50

He hasn't had insulin so I'm sure he'll be fine and there's food if he needs it but it still surprised me. I wish I knew what was "normal" for him. Glad I decided to get another cycle without a shot.

I'm sure eating every 3-4 hours would level things out for him. Just need to figure out how to do it. He tends to sleep a lot during the day and doesn't really go looking for food until we get home. Talked to DH about it. We're going to try feeding earlier in the morning, another small meal before I leave the house, leaving food throughout the day and fresh food as soon as we get home.
