Yesterday's condo

Happy Caturday LL!!

Well, the hits just keep on coming! Planned on having a nice quiet day at home with my fuzzballs when the phone rang. Seems that the high winds we had last Thursday have taken about half of DM's roof off. Didn't see any sign of leaking into the house, but I can't get up in the attic space to check there. As best I can tell, it's not and it looks like it might have just been the shingles blown off. The tar paper SEEMS to look OK.

Of course the insurance companies aren't open on weekends, so instead of dealing with the agent we've known forever, had to contact the parent company and try to deal with a stranger.

I'm really starting to worry about China's numbers though. As much fun as it is to think she's staying higher so I don't have to worry about her, now I'm worrying about why she's staying so high! I'm really tempted to take her up to 1.5 and see if that will get her attention.

Sorry for being gone so much lately and not being able to visit more condo's, but hopefully things will slow down for me soon so I can get caught up!!

Sorry about your DM's roof. I hope that gets taken care of quickly. I hope China will give you some lower numbers soon.

Sorry to hear about your DMs roof. The weather has been freaky all over the planet this winter. I can't wait for spring!

Her numbers don't look too bad but I would see what the others think.. Although maybe you will see more green tonite? Paws crossed..

I hope it's just China being a cat, and she slides down tonight now that the dosecrease threat is out there. Sorry about your DMs roof...things like that always seem to happen on the weekend when stuff is closed :roll: .

I hope you get some relaxing time tonight to hang with China

Oh man, you're doing the "if it's not one thing, it's another" dance. Not fun!!! China's numbers actually look pretty good today. She could have done without that 222, though! :roll: Hope you have a better day tomorrow!!

Thanks for the visits and encouragement everyone!

This last week has been just crazy, and then the topper today with the problem with DM's roof. We had just had a couple of real estate agents come to appraise the house for sale, and with the reverse mortgage they have to pay back first, the appraised sale value isn't that much over what's owed on it. And now we have to fix the roof.

Not sure what I am going to do with China. I know her numbers are better than a lot of others, but they're still high for her. Guess we just keep going up again until we see better numbers!
