Today I bought a cardboard scratching post thing for cookie and you sprinkle it with catnip to get them used to it. I thought I would let the boys sniff it but they wouldn't play nice as Tiggy was getting too close to bailey and bailey melt trying to nip him on the ear! I took the box away and they continued with happy smacky for a minute until I distracted them with dinner. Honestly it's like having kids.

I am still having palpitations but it's a bit better, although if it's not gone by Monday I am going to the doctor. I still think its hormones combined with jet lag but I want to be sure there is nothing funky going on...

Whoa, Bailey sure likes to dive :mrgreen: ! I hope there is no bouncing involved next, anti-jinx! Sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well :sad: Paws crossed for it to be nothing major, it's always good to have a dr check it if you can. Feel better soon!

We have a cardboard, slanted scratcher that the kitties love I sprinkle the catnip on it too. It is one of the first things they all head to when they are released onto the catio :lol: And I agree, it is like having toddlers (not Cleo, she is good), but the civvies.
Hope Bailey surfs safe for you tonight, and your palpitations stop. (but I really think you should let a doc check them out ;-) )
