Zener is doing fine this morning. His appy is a little iffy but I did manage to get him to eat enough. Now he's asking for more at +1.5 so that's a good sign. He did his business outside but passed on the picnic. :lol: :lol: Then he had a nap on the Versailles, the kitty condo directly under a heating vent.

Remember to use the shopping links! My sister asked how to tell if FDMB gets the fee. I was wondering the same thing. Does anyone know?

We only got 6" of snow yesterday and the roads were clear all day. I'm glad I'm not making the call on snow days. Thinking of ailing kitties and beans and beans who are grieving. It's hard to lose our babies. I think it surprises me just a bit how attached I am to LL kitties. I sure wish I could pet them. :-D Happy Fursday LL!

Nice WCR today other than the iffy appy. I don't blame him on skipping the picnic and choosing the versailles instead. Have a great day!!

I'm glad Z is asking for fuds at that +1.5 - first step in a happier appy! I don't blame him on passing on the picnic...brrrr!

I hope Zener's appy improves and sending appy vines. Good job Zener with poo outside. That must be easy for you to spot, Detective Poo! :lol: Is this another snow day for the University? Have a great day.

To celebrate more snow today, Zener has been sliding downhill most of the day and he's blue to celebrate the cold temperatures. Appy is much happier at PMPS than it was this morning. :razz:

@Melissa & Mr T - he had a picnic tonight despite the snow showers! And poo patrol was successful in locating frozen poo in the backyard sandbox, currently under a few inches of snow. :shock: Hope you all have survived "Q"!

@Amy & TrixieCat - we are always so glad when he asks for fuds! :razz:

@Ann & Maggie - Thanks for the appy vines, much better this evening. :lol: :lol: on frozen poo spotting! :lol: :lol: Classes were held today at the U but I am still home with an UGH cold.

@Devon - Blue as requested! And double yay for the two most important events of our days - eating and pooing! :lol: Kitties, we mean...not beans. :oops:

Night duty bean still home today with a nasty cold, so although the university was open, I wasn't there. Liz had to go teach though. :evil: Today's cycle is looking quite a bit like yesterday's, so we have paws crossed this will be a good dose...for awhile. ;-)

Celebrating here tonight, punkin's good news! It's NOT cancer! :RAHCAT

Nice to see the Zener slide in action today. All in all, a good day for the Z Man.

Anne, feel better. Sending you a beautiful bouquet of healing vines, but I think that a shot of Aquavit would be more help. Good for you to stay home and avoid giving your cold to your students and colleagues.

Enjoy your snow. I guess Liz didn't get out on her skis today. Maybe tomorrow, after classes.

@Ella - yep, a good day on the slide for the Z-man. :razz: Thanks for the healing vines. I sure would love a shot of Aquavit, but my days of alcohol consumption are long past. I was most excellent at it in my youth, it's good to have excelled at something! :lol: I am hoping staying home will serve as a model so my colleagues and students will quit coming to school sick and sharing with me. :roll: Still getting a few inches of snow this evening, not sure if there is enough for skiing this weekend for Liz.

Looks like more testing is in order this evening, the night is still young. :mrgreen:

Very nice slidey down the snowy slope today Zener! Glad the appy picked up as the day progressed.

Yes we all get so attached to each others' kitties. Liz WILL get to hold some when she comes down here :-D

It looks like it's time to brew a little hot lemonade or whatever will help the night bean at the PJ party tonight. Maybe a dash of cayenne in there for some excitement? VERY nice sliding today Zener. Yeah for happy appy tonight.

sorry you're feeling punkish, anne - no fun. i laughed at the "only" 6" of snow. around here all life stops if we have one inch. everything closes and we all stay home.

thanks for celebrating with us!!!! yes, all the LL furbabies feel like family. it's so awful when any of them have problems.
