Morning all,

So after our does increase yesterday morning, we have a new low number for a test. Couple that with her appetite finally lessening and I"m now going to spend the day freaked that her levels are going to dip too far.

First time under 200, reading on a pet meter....for my paranoia I think I'm going to go back to 3.5U for today, and save the increase for tonight and this weekend when I can obsessively hover and test.

I'm sure there is going to be a nice bounce involved in this though.

That's a beautiful blue start! I can understand your apprehension. Best to save that increase for tonight when you're able to monitor.

I hope this is the turning point for Smudge...but with this new low number, there might be a big bounce in your future.

Remember, Lev kitties nadir later. And sometimes even at preshot. Yes, you will have to get used to shooting lower numbers. Hope you see more blues soon.
 
Yeah, I'm going to have to pull a curve so I have more data on when her nadir seems to be. She's going to get pricked a lot tomorrow. I may switch to the human meter as well just to see what her numbers look like on that and save the AlphaTrek for the bounces and to confirm "Hi" readings.

I'm still going all in for the 3.75U tonight so I can monitor.
 
To be fair, she did get fed between +11, the 328 was taken on a whim just to see what food did for my knowledge. Generally the +11 serves as the AM/PM PS reading.

Should I stay up and monitor? She just ate more food, about another 1oz or so.
 
Ended up going to bed since she ate a huge amount of food. It was the beginning of a bounce. Her +5 was 321 and she ate more then as well.
