Yesterday

Good Caturday Morning, Everyone,

Rusty slept soundly last night and only ate the Merricks chicken portion of his nighttime food (the other half was Wellness Core, which he also likes, but apparently not as much). At lunch I plan to offer him, as one of the choices, a small amount of the ZiwiPeak rabbit & lamb again, but I don't think he likes lamb. We'll see. After a few bites of it yesterday, at least he didn't get sick from the green mussel. He's snoozing in his little bed by the radiator. I'm about to go down to check on him.

It's above zero here this morning (up to +14 already!!!). We are planning to do an easy snowshoe this afternoon.

Sami has been doing the same thing lately only eating one side of her plate. If I don't refill it she eventually eats the other side. LOL! Cats will be cats.

Hi again,
Our "easy" snowshoe hike turned out to be pretty tough. We only did about 5 miles, but it was snowing hard the whole time. We were both tired, and my hamstring/tendon was bothering me (feels better tonight). Sorry not to get to any condos tonight. We sat in front of the TV and watched "Patton" on TCM.
Thanks for the visits. See you tomorrow. Rusty is fine. He ate all his lunch (saved it until we got home), and this evening ate all of his dinner over the course of the film. (FF T&G and Merrick's turkey paté). Nice low-blue and green surf today. This evening's shot was "short" (bad angle; 1/2 drop left in the syringe).

Glad you got to get out today Ella, but I sure hope your hamstring is okay! I know you are in great shape but 5 miles in freezing cold is pretty brutal!
