Yesterday, a fur shot recovery day, again!

2/20 forgettable Recap:
AMPS 317 +9.5 266
PMPS 256 +4 197

Quick condo today. Beans have to head out for a meeting about parking in our beloved cove (where the rowing club boathouse is). It's too popular, not enough parking, municipality is getting together a discussion group. While I'm snoozing at the meeting, Neko will probably be in the solarium. Looks like a gorgeous spring day in the offing and there are no sounds from the back.

Neko's got her 5 P's on today - there was a very vigorous whacking session over the last crumb of FD chicken at treat time.

Happy Caturday everyone. Vines to all in need and cheering on Blackie starting her OTJ trial! Woot!

Good start for Neko today. Glad she is feeling good. Don't get too bored at the meeting.
Take Care, Peg and Toby

What fur shot? :) Goodness, I goof the shot and we play the high roller for a loooooong time. Excellent recovery Neko!

Have a fun meeting. I think Neko's time in the solarium sounds a lot more appealing.

Finally back home for a longer it of time. After the meeting it was time for +9 snack and test, then hit the road for a friend's birthday party. I had to leave early to get home for PMPS. DH has orders to bring home chocolate cake. :)

@ Peg, Molly, Marilyn, Carla, Serryn, Julie - Thanks for keeping Neko company while I was gone. 5.5 hours of "community dialog" was exhausting. Neko was slow to greet us when we got back and fur was warm from the solarium so they had a good day. Neko's BG is still feeling the after affects of the fur shots, but not too bad. I just heard the chomping of nanners - so she's feeling good. @julie & punkin (ga) - I was feeling like a mole today, sun was pretty bright! Kids here are wearing shorts and T-shirts.

Wendy - I'm so jealous of your weather. It wasn't too bad here today - in the teens Fahrenheit, but it's supposed to get nasty, nasty cold here again in the next week. "Community dialog" - euphemism for torture. Neko's day in the solarium sounds much better. I'm jealous of her time in the sunshine today. Fingers crossed that she's working on getting right back on track post-fur shot.

Too bad you had to spend such a beautiful day at a meeting!:rolleyes: 5.5 hours?? Really? and just the day Mr.Excavator Guy is not there?:smuggrin:

Good Girl Neko- work that juice!

Community dialog also means a study in contradictions. The majority of participants are residents of the area and they invited a few of us non profits that operate in the area. Everyone agreed they did not want a closed community (it's very popular destination for outdoor activities with one road in and out), then the majority residents thought we should institute paid parking everywhere for non residents. Yup, that's so not helpful. Death by duck bites indeed!!

@ Jen - Good to see you and Eddie!
@ Ruth - There's always tomorrow for quiet and sunshine, and hopefully better numbers.
