? 2/20 Smokey AMPS: 341, +7 149 PMPS: 192 Give Insulin or No?

Just fed Smokey his usual Fancy Feast, and his PMPS seems a little low for him (he's not regulatd fully yet, and normally runs in the 300-400 range still). Should I give him the full 1 IU dose of insulin?
