Good morning all, I am just about to run off to the office, but I wanted to get this posted before I headed out the door.

Yesterday's Condo

Thanks for all the help last night. We were so happy to see the GREEN, but I think it might have come on a bit to quick, because now Sami is having a little bit of a bounce. She is going to the office with me today even though I don't think she will go too low, but I can still collect data about how she clears the bounce. I am really hoping she clears it during this cycle like she did the last time she had a bounce that wasn't influenced by duck. I am still holding off on putting that back in to rotation, although I did see that one variety Natural Instinct Duck didn't seem to affect her like the Wellness Core with Duck or the EVO 95%. So I might try that one first before any of the others, but I am just not ready yet.

Those bounces are annoying. Hopefully she clears it soon. That is so nice that you can take her to the office with you. Have a great day Tina!
 
@Melissa & Tarragon Yes, taking Sami to work with me relieves so much of my stress about her being home without supervision. I could run home to test once or twice a day, but if I find her low it would be stressful to leave her again to go back to work. I am very thankful that my boss is allowing me to bring her with me.

Well the rise seems to have slowed down, hopefully she is going back in the right direction now. I will probably hold off on testing until +8 or +9 depending on how long I can wait.

I'm the same way. I want to see numbers.
Hope Sami heads back down to where she was soon.

Well, apparently Sami wasn't ready to come back down yet. I just hope that all changes after her shot tonight.

Okay, Sami enough is enough. Now that she has gotten her PM shot I am hoping that she will turn a corner and head back in the right direction. I will get a +2 to see where she is headed hopefully it is down.

I am trying to figure out the best time to give Sami her fluids. It jus really seems like when she gets her shot in the flank it isn't as affective as the scruff, but I have to give the shot in the flank when I give fluids because other wise she will plummet. Apparently giving her fluids when she is starting a bounce is not the best plan. Or maybe it is if I give the fluids and the insulin in the scruff to keep her more level. Any thoughts on this? The other option might be to give her the fluids sometime around +7 or +8.

I know Sami is seeing less and less PINKS and REDS, but I would love if she stopped seeing them all together, but I guess it really can't be helped if Mr. Liver is not ready for those GREENS.
 
Looks like I will get to sleep tonight. I will still check her at +6 and +10, and hopefully we will still see her come down a bit.
