Good Morning, Everyone,

Our hearts go out to Bev today. Fly free, dear Gus, and know that you are much loved.

Rusty was our alarm today. We missed the first alarm again, and he was meowing persistently, and then the "Ducks" went off. Our kitty always knows what time it is! Good test, not so great shot (he pulled away; I didn't smell Lev., but I'm still not sure if all of it went in), good breakfast of Wellness Turkey. He is napping on his bed by the radiator (cold outside this moning: 12 degrees). Rusty and Edward will be home today while I am off with 6 friends to Camp Santanoni in the High Peaks to snowshoe 10 miles (will bring skis, but don't think the snow is good enough). I won't be back until late afternoon (it's a 1 1/2 hour drive). Edward has his instructions (as does Rusty).

Ella, I hope most of the lev got in Rusty. He's been having great cycles. Too funny with the "Ducks" alarm!
I hope there's enough snow for your cross country event. It sounds like a wonderful time. 12 degrees, yikes!

Rusty, oh that radiator sounds good there today. I'll bring my tuna scones and I think I can get the iPad. I can't figure out how to get the mice out from under it. Every time I look they are gone! -- Tess

Hi All - Have a great hike Ella - it sounds wonderful. Enjoy!!! Thanks goodness for the kitty alarm clock, eh? Elsa is getting better at her role here - more than likely a good thing as I often do not hear the alarm..... :roll:

Rusty!!! We are coming to keep you company. Save me a spot on the radiator - I LUBS your radiator. Maybe I can try that iPad thingie? I donts know what that is..... my bean is sometimes so outta the loop, ya Now? See you! ~~ Mannie

Rusty is looking so good! Keep it up, Rusty! Hope you had a great hike. I'm afraid I won't even get to wear my long coat one more time. 64° today!

Not a long trip to the lagoon for Rusty, looks like he almost decided to camp out there, he does love that lagoon :mrgreen:

Hi Everyone,
We all had a good day. The hike was beautiful and it was a perfect winter day. The snow was OK, but I decided to snowshoe with my achilles-injured friend instead of both of us skiing with the others. We didn't do too badly and kept up with them just fine. Camp Santanoni, built in the 1890s, is so interesting and is now a state historical site. There was an architectural guide there today and we had a guided tour of the buildings.

Edward and Rusty did just fine. Rusty was happy to see me when I returned (Edward was, too!). Rusty really wanted to play and we had a rousing 1/2 hour with all his toys. Then, when I went upstairs to get cleaned up from the hike, he started batting his bell ball around to signal that he wanted more playtime! So I went downstairs for another round.

Symmetrical AMPS and PMPS today. Wonder what that portends?

Have a good evening. I'm a bit tired, but my aches and pains from the other day are totally gone.

Hey Kitties, thanks for coming over today and thanks to Tess for bringing the iPad. My mamabean won't let me near hers!

LOve that Rusty playtime, he is so adorable! so playful ;-) Moonie likes to sit on her toys instead of play with them! :lol: :lol: :lol:
