Fingers crossed not this morning. I am about to give a +3 test then have to shoot out to teach yoga...........He's quite awake which is a worry......
 
He's off outside far away, normally he comes back when I need him too. Must be having too much fun.

I really hope he is ok.

Ive added some liver to his +4 which keeps his BG up - not too much but a little. I imagine he'll eat his +3 at +3.5

I wont be back til +6. What do you think?
 
I feel like he must be ok if hes out and about. He's never gone out on a low before. He's usually anxious when hes going low and wants to stay near me
 
Just seeing all these messages. I presume he is wandering and you couldn't get a +3? Has he eaten after AMPS?
 
It’s a lovely day here. I. Summer he’s out sleeping most of day. It isn’t that warm yet but it’s like the season has changed so hopefully he’s just lapping up the sun
 
So...I got back about 40 mins ago and was so relieved to see him asleep on my bed looking very well, I just kay down next to him and had a snooze, and didnt test til now (+6.5 396)



I am confused by this.

Basically I didnt test at +2 as he was sleeping and my plan was to test at +3 just before I went out so I'd know what to leave food wise (with mc or hc or nothing extra) ..

But he got up and went downstairs at +2.5. He didnt seem pacey, And was waiting by the feeder. I thought I'd leave it to plus 3 as it would be better info about what carb level to add (or not) to food. But then he went out and wa nowhere to be seen.

When I came back he had eater his +3 and +4, but not +4.5 nor +5

I wonder if that means he didnt go low at all? But why would he be so high. I dont understand it. Normally if he bounces he goes down a bit.

Anyway at least he is alive!!

I did have a good strong gut feeling he would be.

But I dont like these pinks one bit.

My nephew (the second one, that came last night ) is now coming tonight. I was hoping he might try injecting tonight if Marley lets him, though that be expecting too much. But now I am concerned that a fur shot tonight would be dreadful.

But then he might be a better injector than me. I am definitely not a natural. I think I am good at aspects of this whole thing but injecting isnt my strong point!

So the nephew that came tonight it was only the second time and he gave the test and injection and Marly was good as gold!!!!!!

Aw thank you so so much for cheering us on!!!

We still have a bit of a way to go because that nephew isnt that free, (nor is the other one), but just the fact that its possible, it a HUGE weight off my shoulders. I feel we have made a huge quantum leap!!!
