Hi, this is a bit high for Maggie. I'm thinking I may have done a fur shot last night. The other possibility is that I didn't get quite a half unit in her as I kept trying to eject some bubbles. Or it could have been the FF Chicken Feast, as It's newly added to her diet. I know it's lc, but ECID! Okay, now that I have enough excuses, I'll sit down and be quiet! :lol: Have a nice Sunday everyone.

Maverick's numbers were higher on the FF Turkey and Giblet vs the Walmart one and they were supposed to be similar or identical in carbs. I can't remember. So my money is on the FF. But you'll know for sure next time.

It is a bit high for Maggie, but still not bad at all & it could be any of the reasons you listed, or just her # this morning ;-)

I am often happy that the numbers are not just skyrocketing.

not bad!

It could also be some effect from the BCS doses a couple of days ago. Anyway, she'll come back down.

Looking good - she'll find the lower numbers soon. It could be anything - I wish they could tell us. :lol:

Hi Ann. From a diferent perspective, I'm thrilled when Checks gets a blue preshot. :-D
I would love to know if the flavor of FF really makes a difference in numbers. I use a variety, so never noticed. Hmmm.

Hi Libby, that's what's what I was thinking. There were two times I did a BCS because I was gone the times I felt she would be dropping.

Hi Michelle, Maggie must have heard you, as she dropped 60 points within three hours!

Hi Barb, It's interesting as I could not find the carb content in FF Chicken Feast on J & B's list. There is one FF chunky chicken, but not a Classic FF Chicken Feast. If I locate it, I'll let you know.

Maggie is recovering nicely from her higher PS! I just went last night and stocked up on some different flavors of canned food to supplement Willie's raw diet (and to restock our gravy supply!). It is always so interesting to see how they react to different foods!
