(LOTS today Elsa! please.....), and Happy Fursday!
LL! It's is I, Elsa, KBP kitteh barista pilot!, president and CEO of Coffee Cat! Life is GOOD! GUESS WHAT! Bug and Lola are exhausted from I dunno! but they still want to be working today too at PawPrints Pizza, so..... They have decided that today is TURN-AROUND TRIPLE THURSDAY! They are doing triples on everything! :shock: Kinda cool huh!They say that since Wacky Wednesday was so wacky that they wants to give all kitties some fun times today, triple funs! What will that be.... I dunno! :roll: so. well. anyways. Coffee time! For today, I proudly offer Elsa's special 10 hour energy coffee, and Double shot Breve's, with beans from high in the Brazilian Mountains.... and for my mocha fans: a VENTI Quad Blueberry infused white mocha/mocha blend with white chocolate chips melted within, swirled with a raspberry puree, topped with a strawberry infused whip garnished with caramelized berry sprinkles and white chocolate curls and a caramel drizzle.......SWEET! OH! No worries, a dollop of 4 berry and vanilla and caramel swirl ice cream, on top of a dollop of fudge, topped with caramel and chocolate drizzle.... Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh....... mega good!
I hope everyone had a great day yesterday. We did well here. Our day started out pretty much as they always do... one of Nicholas famous waffles and berries breffis, with a few gummi bears added for good measure. :lol: I love these mornings, such a grand just hangout together time, as we discuss what the day will hold, what they want to do, what we can do, what the weather will be, and if Bear is coming... of course Bear always gets to come. :lol: We watch one Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, and then we are out the door. What a day! swimming, and trail, and naps and good weather! Here is what I wrote about the day in yesterday's post: "Hi Everyone! I hope your day has been a good one. Ours was great! event the weather was great!
:razz: The sun was out with blue skies around 8 or so, stayed with us until about 2. There were some rains on and off after that. Temp was 48 tops, not bad, not bad at all. It was just so cool to have a sunny, somewhat warmer day. Boys had a good day today. We went swimming, DUH, in the morning. That was pretty much normal stuff: water sides, deep sea diving, noodle fun, buckets, etc..... He plays hard when he's there. Another two hours today in the pool, and he knew when he was done. It's like the switch gets switched he turns to me and says All Done. and so he is. He's getting more comfortable with the guards, and will talk to them and those he knows there more now. So maybe soon we can get that swim test stuff done. maybe. :razz: Today one of them asked him if he could show her how he jumps in the water. Funny - he climbed out and did what she asked. YAY! So we are getting closer. I had asked him early on if when done with the pool if he wanted to hike the trail there, since we had alot of sun today, and the temps were up. This was great: A big yelled YES was the answer. :lol: so put that on the "plan" today. Anyways -I got his lunch going in the car where we always eat - he calls it camping (HAHA), and he says he really wants to do the trail, but only is William comes too. Guess he wanted to show him the ropes. That really was fun. It has been a few months since we have walked the Lynnwood pool Trail, and once he got on it it was like he had met up with a long lost best friend. He just lit up. He told William where everything was, what berries grew where, and showed him both bridges. ALot of the brush hasn't grown or filled in yet, so we were really able to explore the "woods" and the creek. What a nice time for both of them. Loved it. We came home soon after so Nicholas could take a much needed nap. William too. Because.... as we all know Swimming and hiking are HARD work! What an awesome day. I will post the Picasa link to the photos in tomorrow's condo.
Normalcy in MusketeerVille! This morning things are very normal, very quiet... hmmmmmmmmmmm...... Once again Elsa has camped out on her spot on the sofa, Bug is in Mannie's bed, and Lola is on my lap. Supreme bliss rules here this morning. I have written this so many times, but it still holds true: the mornings here are my some of my favorite times with the kitties. Stay this way today kitties. We all had a great day yesterday - even the kitties. It has warmed up her alot, but the Musketeers still didn't believe it, so so off to nap the day away in their beds. They all decided that early on that their beds were the place to be. Even Lola. Well for a while anyways. Once William and Nicholas arrived she was up, ready to check out what they were up to today. She watched William play with his toys, and Nicholas had company while he watched Mickey Mouse. Quite the social butterfly our Miss Lola. She was good though yesterday - I came home and nothing was amiss! :shock: :shock: :shock: Weird.... I guess she and Bug figured they did enough with the photos and the glass thing the other day.... and they are on their best behavior. :roll: :roll: Normalcy in MusketeerVille!
Have a great day everyone. I am back on Nicholas and William duty today. The weather is questionable today, so it may be an indoor day today. How could I expect two good weather days in a row???? Silly me! :roll: :lol: We shall see how things develop over the next few hours, and then decide. I am sure Nicholas will come with a plan too. He always does!
