We will see! I will test her in +4 in order not to bother her a lot! Usually in +2 is slightly up!

We don't have a lot of data yet, but maybe she is one of those cats with a later onset. How about getting a test +3?

I usually feed after the shot in 4 hours

You might want to add a snack at +2 as well. Food helps reduce the diving in numbers and flattening the curve.
Btw, how does she get fed on days when you are away at work? Do you have a timed auto-feeder or do you just leave food out for her?

I have an automatic feeder but she hates it! Because she smells the food and she cries and tries to break it! So I leave food out! The thing is that she eats it all at once and then vomits! So I am thinking of having someone coming over to feed her! She won’t eat as regularly as when I am at home but she won’t starve! I will try again the automatic feeder in case she gets used to it

What some people do is to freeze food (in an ice tray) and put those cubes in the autofeeder for later slots. That way the cat can't eat all the food at once and the food is also fresh once it thaws.
