Good morning,
Flat yellow night last night. Hope the yellow is not the calm before a drop because I gave a dose increase this morning up to 3.5 units. Holding my breath now. I will be home until +9 and have to be out for about an hour. :facepalm:
Heater being replaced this morning and painter for a few hours. ;)
None will be near Ivy so she should be fine. she will spend the day in her hut in my closet.

Glad to hear that she has her little sanctuary in your closet while people are working at the house :)
I have a hard time relaxing when people are in the house doing things. :oops:
Hope it won't be too much bother for you and Ivy.

I know, Kit. The whole thing stresses me out but I get more stressed because I know Ivy gets stressed.
But even on a calm day, she likes to take refuge in my closet if she’s upstairs. She’s always enjoyed that spot.
Shes having an active cycle already so I think she’s breaking a bounce plus an increase. Oy. A little extra stress for mama ;)

Good luck with the increase, although she's already getting started and made its way down to the beach.
Hopefully the workers aren't causing too much stress for either one of you and all the repairs are coming to an end.

Good morning! I hope the work in your house will be done soon. We're having poeple tomorrow for an estimate to redo our ceiling and repaint ceiling and walls, after the water damage all winter last year, it needs to be done, but I don't like it either!

Hi Karolina, happy Tuesday.
Ivy was happy to come out and hang out with her buddies Nestlé and Mikan today at the beach :cool::DShe’s back in business. Hopefully she’ll continue to have a good cycle since I have to step out in a couple hours for a little bit.

Hi Cecile, water damage is the worst, isn’t it?? I hope you get yours cleared up easily. It’s always such a big headache.

We’ve had more than our share of it over the years. Between water damage in the basement from leaks, roof leaks from ice dams in the winter and sump pumps failing in basement. It seems like there’s always something going on :(

lol. If you consider new furnace being installed and 5 hours with no heat and it’s 40 degrees outside calm….:rolleyes:
The insurance adjuster and painter both showed up at 10 as I was feeding carbs to keep Ivy afloat. :joyful:
My son keeps telling me it’s a clown parade around here o_O

But I do thank you for the support and a good chuckle :bighug::bighug::bighug:
 
I hope that new furnace is warming things up. I imagine it's pretty rough being without heat and 40 degrees. At least Ivy has a fur coat. :D
We moved to heat pump territory years ago, but also installed a wood stove. Our problem would be having to replace it in summer. It gets pretty hot and humid here.

Thank you. It’s great to be back to warmth. Ivy seemed quite fine. Lucky to have a nice warm furry coat.
Nice you live in warmer temps :p I don’t love winter! Looking forward to Spring :)
 
Oh no, I am so sorry to hear you had water damage and had to get a new furnace!!!:bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug::bighug: As well as take care of a diabetic cat with dropping numbers!!!:eek::eek::eek: That is what I call Girl Power and you Staci have it in spades, I think Ivy does also!:joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful::joyful:

Awww thanks, Ruth. You’re so sweet. Good thing I had 2 strong cups of coffee this morning to get me going.
