Sorry I only found time now to update here. Been busy these few days and when I could not, I only updated in spreadsheet.
Fa’s BG seems to getting worse. Is that a sign of resistance you think?

You are correct. We don't know exactly what is causing the resistance, but some causes can mean increasing doses are needed. She might also be seeing a touch of glucose toxicity because she's not seeing any numbers in normal blood glucose range for a cat yet. Both reasons mean you need to keep on top of increases. One of the members here likened it to chasing after a speeding train.
