Good morning from the Big Apple,
Groundhog Day. Staten Island Chuck didn't see his shadow, so spring is right around the corner. But Pauxatonic Phil (in PA) did see his shadow. And now the sun is out here, too. Mixed predictions. I'm betting on 6 more weeks of winter.
Rusty has his trip bounce, and this morning's shot was short, so who knows what the bgs will do today. Rusty has worse congestion than normal, but I suspect that it is from the long car ride. He needs a "rest day" and he will certainly get it here in our 400 square feet of living space!
The beans will have a relaxing day, walking, food shopping, etc. We have tickets for "Parsifal" at the Met on Monday and are looking forward to it. We are also going to see friends. No dentist, no tax man, no doctors this trip!!
Yo Kitties, meet you in Central Park by the Bethesda Fountain for hot dogs at our favorite cart. See you soon. Then we'll stroll around the park, watch tourists, and visit the Big Cat on Cat Hill.
