No, he didn't. Maybe the problem is that he doesn't eat anything between 10:30-11:30 pm and 7:30 am?
I tried to wake up at 4:30 but I just couldn't... I work 12-14 hours a day and I really can't stay up any later than midnight or wake up in between.
If I add diabetic food in the feeder during the night (it takes wet food too), would that affect the other cats?)

ALSO: I just realised that his BG increase in the mornings started as soon as I chaged his diet! The only shop selling Animonda Protect Diabetes where I live, was closed all last week and I had to switch to Wellfed and Prochoice unttil I get supplies sent from Athens. Although they are both grain free, they are considered MC according to the calculator. Could this be another reason?

Other than that, the appointment with the dentist was cancelled last week because the vetss father passed away and he won't get back to work for another week or so...

Someone must have jinxed poor Rico! He was doing well and was hoping to see a 2nd remission.
Could all the abbove be reasons for his "blues" or should I look further? (New blood tests are due in 3 weeks.)

I think the above could be reasons further the blues but the blues are low blue. I think the dental will do it for him if my crystal ball is working today. Do you have a new date for it?

Nope, he said he'll call me as soon as he's back to work.

No, it should be fine for them too. There is nothing special about diabetic appropriate food, it is just lower carbs. Which is what cats eat in the wild.

You might want to note food changes in the Remarks column on the day you do it. That'll make seeing any changes due to food more obvious.
