Happy Fursday everyone!!

Deputy LagoonMistress Extraordinaire China is still paddling around, watching over the other kitties in the lagoon along with her fellow deputies.....and of course LagoonMeister Rusty is overseeing all his deputies to make sure they're not slacking off

Nothing much new going on here, so not much to really post about......and I hope it stays that way!!

Still going back and forth with myself about doing a yearly dental on China.....it's been almost a year since her last one, but I sure am nervous about the possibility that it might negatively effect her wonderful numbers. She never has reacted "normally" after her last 3 dentals and the last thing I want to do is rock this very steady boat!

Hope everyone has had a nice day today and your kitties are feeling great! All the kitties are invited down to the lagoon tonight to paddle around or build a sand castle on the beach....Hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone!!

Is she giving any signs that she needs a dental? Has she traditionally needed one once a year? My Abys had to have them every year - in fact for a while they needed them every six months - but my Siberians only needed them every few years. I'm kind of on board with not rocking the boat and "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

Yeah that's where I'm at too at this point....she's just needed them about this time every year so as it gets close to 1 year from the last one, it's on my mind.

I guess I do need to be thinking about getting her in for at least some bloodwork and a general "once over" since it's been almost a year since she's been at the vet

Now that's a good idea. Hopefully the vet will be able to peek in her mouth and tell if she needs a dental soon or you can put it off for a while.

I just wish I could get a few more pounds off her before I take her back......I know she'll give me the old "W/D" lecture and how it'll help her lose weight and make her more stable (like she could be any more stable than she is right now!)
