Good morning,

Again, thank you to everyone who replied the other day. It took me a few times to read everyone’s post because my eyes kept tearing up to the point I could no longer read the words.

I was able to get more morphine and muscle relaxer‘s for her. I have been giving her two inhalers as needed or at least two times a day. Her lungs are giving out, she seems to have a hard time breathing until I give her the inhaler, yet her breathing is still shallow and short even afterwards.
She stayed on my chest for hours last night and than slept next to my head where she always sleeps.
Even at her last hours she never leaves my side, purring most of the time when I touch her.
Our vet gave me several numbers of in home vets that will come if I call them to put her down. I still can not bring myself to do this. When she is ready to go she will go. She has proven ever expert wrong more than a few times.
I cherish every last minute I have with her.
Currently my wife and 11 month old boy are sick, both had fevers of 102F last night. My poor wife had a rough night with our boy who seems to have broke his fever during the night and now has a sore throat and plugged nose.
He caught his cold from another child at a birthday party on Sunday. I get so pissed off at parents who bring their sick kid around others because they feel the need to go to a party. When Michael is sick we keep him away from others as a sign of respect.

Right now willow is laying next to me on our bed next to my pillow, her head is touching my arm and she is purring.
I’m going to try and get everything I need to do for work finished at breakneck speed today so I can come home to help my wife and spend time with Willow.
