? 2/19 Bella AMPS 308 next step?

Looks like Bella needs another increase. Awesome that ketones remain negative and she’s feeling good and eating well.

She was retching again this morning ( after scarfing down nearly a can) I had decreased her cerenia to 1/4 pill last night.
So frustrating
It would help so much if I had a knowledgeable vet for support
( every time I take her in I have to brace myself to justify my actions... the home visit vet is more open, but doesn’t have access to testing etc)
I did get a recommendation for another vet... but she is about an hour and a half drive away. Not sure the stress of the journey would be worth it for me or especially Bella.
I’m weighing my options
I will increase her tomorrow to 1.25unit if she seems ok
Any thoughts?
