Good afternoon LL!

Tarragon has been coughing today. I'm not sure if it's a hairball or asthma, but we are treating for both. We are adding a couple of drops to tonight's dose to see if that will bring him down.

Busy day here. Grocery shopping at 7 this morning and I've been in the kitchen since boiling chicken thighs, grinding up the meat for the freezer, packaging up chicken stock for the freezer, 6 loaves of stolen, made a big bowl of tabouli for the week and peach crisp for my honey. Watching basketball (go Cyclones) and then am going back in to make chicken paprikash and spaetzel for supper.

Ps- our electricity is working great. Turnup aka guard kitty did bite the electrician. I had warned him not to pet her. :lol: She does this thing where she acts all sweet...then bam. He didn't charge me extra anyway.

Hi Melissa, and omg you sound like the busy little beaver there with all the cooking and freezin and what all! I am impressed! Oh no, not Turnup and the electrician. Well, you warned him no petting! :lol:
I hope Tarragon's cough/asthma is better, sending some vines. Good luck with the new dose.

Ok, I'm hungry all of a sudden. I can almost smell the lovely aromas coming from your kitchen... I had to laugh at Turnup biting the electrician. :lol: :lol: You did warn him. He probably would have believed you if it had been Charlie. Hope Mr. T's cough gets resolved. I've been wondering - how do you give an inhaler puff to a cat? Anne sucks in a big breath with hers. Do you have T trained? Work that juice, Tarragon.

too funny on turnup! she's a hoot. that girl's got, well, she's got something! panache, hutzbah, guts, style - not sure what the right word is there!

Hi Melissa. Heehee, on Turnup and the electrician. Okay, so it wasn't funny, but it couldn't have been a bad bite, or you would have said so.
Checks will bite anyone touching below the waist, and Dr Dave does it every time. Scritches him above the tail, like a dog.Sheesh. He can't now, cause Chex has a squooshed disk there.

At least he didn't charge you for that. :-D

Tarragon's coming down nicely tonight.....Yay. :-D

It is getting interesting here. DH shot PMPS and forgot to add the extra drops. We'll see what happens.

The bite wasn't bad. She does tend to grab on and not want to let go though. Poor guy. However he was warned. :lol: Beautiful but deadly as Mason says. She will bite Mason and I for no reason sometimes. We pet her gently but don't pick her up. Only DH can do that safely. :lol:
 
Wow, Turnup is a terror! :lol: :lol: That is very interesting about Tarragon using the Aerokat to inhale his meds. He IS a trooper! What a sweet guy. And quite the rainbow kitty tonight but looking stunning in his blue outfit. I am thinking he is going to get another outfit change too. :-D

Looks like Tarragon has plans for tonight! Nice blue.

Hope he gets rid of all those hair balls. That is too funny about Turnup and the electrician..bet he wasn't laughing.

Too funny on Turnup and the electrician! I can sympathize, if people warn me not to touch their cats I am compelled to do it anyway. :lol:

We use an Aerokat with Maddie, such a clever little device, isn't it? When the vet first handed me a prescription for an albuterol inhaler I was like, "Am I on Candid Camera or something? She's a CAT." :lol: :lol: ohmygod_smile

Thanks for asking about Blue, he is still doing really well. We are tapering the prednisone down right now because he was having some side effects... super hungry and barky, a little aggressive even. He is getting around well enough that we have been taking him for short walks... gotta keep the strength up as long as we can. But he is a happy guy right now so I'm happy too!
