2/18 Quincy AMPS 100

[Laura and Quincy]

Another pretty good AMPS - they seem to be coming down. He's still at .10, haven't reduced further just yet. Maybe tonight. I want to give him more time at .10 in the hope of bringing his AMPS #s consistently around 100 or better, but want to be safe about it too.
