AMPS 321, shot 1.7u per scale.

Hoping to make it to the store today and restock on some 4% carb varieties. Miss seeing the nicer yellow PSs.

i think Sally dog would make a great mascot here. She's already familiar with one of our friendly sugar kitties, is helping house another sugar kitty, and has diabetes as well. :-D Besides, aren't mascots supposed to be funny looking (to the cats anyway)! :lol:
 
Going with food under 4% carbs will make a difference.

I thought mascots were supposed to be strong and fierce warriors to lead our little ones into battle against FD. Like a Cheetah or Lion or something.
 
Lower carb food should make a difference; lots of the kitties are sensitive to even a 1 or 2 % increase or decrease of carb content.

Hope you were able to get to the store...also hoping he has a nice PMPS for you. (Anti jinx) More of those pretty yellows!
 
Made it to the store. They only had one flavor in the 4% carbs. Grrr. I did buy enough to get me through a week or two.

Going to call the store and speak with the pet dept manager about ordering me a few cases.
 
Have you looked on Amazon? I order FF classics from there (3 flavors in each case) on autoship which provides an additional discount and free shipping.

I've checked out FF quite a few times, as there's plenty more on the shelves than the Special Kitty, including many more varieties. It more than doubles my cost (and truth be told, it's all I can do to afford the Special Kitty). FF is .54 for 3 oz. (.51 each if I buy the 24 pack). For Special Kitty I pay .70 for 13 oz. Between both kitties, they normally polish off 2 13oz. cans a day (and sometimes an additional 5.5 oz. can). That's about $4.42 versus $1.40 a day (when I used to pay .28 a day to feed them both).

I know Wally World can order what I want...it just means being prepared to buy it when it comes in and all. :-D I wonder if they would ship free to home? I'll have to ask.
