Good Monday morning ~O) ~O) and looking forward to Mannie's coffee!
Some good news. Maggie had prezzies at 3:30 am, nice consistency, thanks to Lactulose. Detective Poo, Mags listened as per your request yesterday. :-D For anyone new reading our condo and wondering why it's such a big deal when Mags has prezzies, she has Megacolon (chronic constipation), and it takes a lot of help with meds, including Miralax, for Mags to have a bm. Here's a link someone gave me that helps describe.
Manx kitties are prone to it, but not all Manx. None of Celi's Manxies have it.

Mags has a nice appy, hope the dose is correct, and looks like she had a nice pm surf. Sorry I could not stay on longer yesterday. The back of my computer chair broke, and it's hard to sit for any length of time I need to get out my toolbox and see if I can fix it. :lol: If you knew how handy I am with house things. Lots of errands for me today. I did not make it to Petco yesterday. Weather should be nice and cool.

It looks like Mags will have a nice, safe surf today! She's eating mini meals after each poke to keep her steady. I don't foresee her dropping any lower.

Yikes, where did this number come from!! :shock: I should have taken a second reading on my back-up. Usually Mags isn't a bouncer. She has been eating Cowboy Cookout which keeps her level.

Hi John, thanks for your visit. I had some steps picked out at a Petco a distance from my apartment and wasn't sure how they would work out for Mags. In talking with a sales person, he advised to look online at Petco, but most of the steps there are so expensive. I may go back and buy these steps and give them a try. I can always return if not suitable. Thanks for asking.

:shock: :shock: Miss maggie, just what did you get into while your bean was out!??? Sheesh! but we know she will be down soon, maybe food left over that she ate shortly before you got home?

This is a little better. I don't know what happened except I've been feeding Mags more of the Merrick Cowboy Cookout, as it's okay with the phosphorus. Does anyone here who feeds Cowboy Cookout experience a spike with their kitty?

Hi Ann & Tess, I wonder what Mags got into is right! I guess it could be a little bounce. The food I left wasn't touched. She was sleeping when I left and still sleeping when returning home. Yes, the rain here is expected tomorrow 8 am thru Noonish. Kind of nice having a winter storm.

Hi Michelle, thanks, I have to return to a larger Petco by my credit union to buy the steps. Mags came down a little, but she also had fluids a couple hours ago, too.

What a spike for Maggie. I'm glad she's coming back down. Maybe she's just being a cat. Yay on the prezzies! I hope you get your chair fixed. Good luck with the steps. I hope they work for Maggie.

Are you sure you didn't feed FF T&G by mistake? :lol: Maggie just felt like throwing a higher number to keep you from getting complacent! Hope you got all your chores done and can enjoy the evening. Did you fix the chair?
