I'm not sure why he didn't have the usual bounce from the budesonide last night He's on 2.25 units now.

Another dose decrease. I've noticed that when I get to the last 100 units or so of insulin, the insulin packs a punch and we need to decrease. Then we need a dose increase when starting a new pen.
