Yesterday

whoa, first pink AMPS since 2/8, and we just increased a couple cycles ago

I suspect I will be singing the Hendrick Pokey quite a few times this morning. Will check ketones during one of the morning BG checks, haven't yet.

+2 coming in at 243, gave LC snack. Ketones .4

just like @FrostD has been saying all along about Hendrick: his +2s don't usually reveal much about how active or inactive the cycle is going to be!

but considering his AMPS, I am testing every hour from +2 today until I have a reason not to

I was the worst when I worked at home. So many meetings/briefs I didn't actually need to be/participate in. Well if I have to listen to this anyway I might as well clean, go do the grocery shopping, take care of the cat, etc. Or id just start the drive home from work while listening. Multitasking!

+4 is 151, nice and graceful today but no greens i don't think

tends to be rising by +5

+5 is flat at 156, haven't seen a curve like this since 2/1

I can't decide whether or not I should test again at +6. Leaning toward no, maybe do a spot check at +8 or 9 but otherwise no more pokes until PMPS
