Gabby kept up a lovely surf into this morning. We'll have to see what she has in store.

I think she's been exploring a bit. Usually, Gabby sticks to what's familiar. This morning, she was in the back hall. I wonder what will happen when she finds the pantry?

Love that amps! Looks green to me. :) How fun on Gabby taking on an exploratory role. LOL on the pantry... I can only imagine!

Gosh, it's taken Gabby this long to go exploring? She doesn't like change, does she? My kitties would have been all over the place long before now! Guess that's cause they are very nosy creatures. :joyful:

It sounds like Gabby is staring to enjoy her new home. When Sami first came into our home we tried to keep her segregated in the spare room with a tall safety gate separating her from the other cats. She was having none of that and jumped the gate the second night. At that point she had full run of the house and was really happy about it.
 
I'm not sure how much Gabby is exploring vs finding her "old" spots from my place in Chicago. She would often sit under the dining room table, especially if I was in the kitchen. She's taken to doing the same thing now. Gizmo, however, is exploring. He realized that stairs are no obstacle and he was yapping at me from the upstairs bedroom. As far as I know, it's the first time he went up there.
