Way better than where she started yesterday. May have to play with the dose a bit. Figure about the time I get her all figured out with the NPH the PZI will get here. lol

Not as wild a ride...suppose the fact that N has a shorter cycle may work in her favor as long as that first drop isn't too much. And I'm sure you know how to soften the drop with food, feeding smalll snacks as she gets to the "cliff."

So the PZI is coming from the compounded pharmacy? We are seeing more people on it - wonder if they are overwhelmed.

Yep it's coming from a compounding pharmacy and there is only one in the US that has the patent to compound it. Because we have a compounding pharmacy here in town so Dr.Tami checked with them first. No Go only the manufacturer's pharmacy can make it. So there's a good chance they're overwhelmed. Coupled with last week our temps were -20 to -30 wind chills..This week we're in the 50s & 60s.

I might be having a duh moment, but I'm not seeing Autumn's new numbers on her SS. Am I looking in the wrong place?

Nope just haven't gotten around to updating it yet. Spent this last weekend cleaning my FIL house and setting up home health care for him so his doctor would release him from the hospital. But because of the shortness of time I got the 7-9 a.m. shift. lol

Quite a difference from AMPS to +8. :o Slow down a bit there Autumn!

Staying true to an unusual response to whatever insulin you put her on. Very seldom does N still go down at +8. Interesting, Mel. The nice thing is that you can wait and dose whenever she starts up and you are at a comfortable number, whether it's at +10 or 14 or whatever. No need to worry about a shed.

@Sue, looks like Mel will be 'chasing numbers' too for a bit. Autumn has always seemed to respond strongly, dropping much lower and last much longer than the norm, ya know? Be glad when her PZI comes in. :thumbup
