WCR: Whiny because I didn't stay in the bedroom with him this morning. Not only did I abandon him (he could've easily come out in the family room with me), but I also cleaned out his dish so he had no food/dish. He has now had his shot and has been fed... lots of fuds. Going to get a +10 minute check before I walk out the door.

Okay... so I have to admit (even though ya'll will think I'm nuts)... his AMPS and PMPS both being low really kind of scares me. Makes me wonder how low he's going during the day since he has NEVER been one to surf. In addition, he barely ate today. His grand total during the 12 hours I was gone, was maybe 1/2 can of LC FF, and about 1/8 can of HC Friskies. Hmmm

Hope you left out plenty of food for him...gee....not eating is troubling. I hope his appetite picks up. Keep watching closely...I know you will....
Have you changed brands of food lately? Could there be a hairball brewing? How is the LB action? Does he seem okay otherwise?
Hope things improve....come on Willow..EAT!!

Always leave out tons and tons of fuds for him. None of his food has changed (except that he's been getting some HC left out with his LC for the past few days. He's very purrrrry! Nothing really out of the ordinary aside from barely eating... but he tends to not eat when he's in lower numbers, so even that's not super unusual. He did have a very tiny throw up on Tuesday night, but before I could check it out and see if it was a hairball, the Stinky Puppy ate it. :roll:

He ate nothing from shot time until 1hr and 40 minutes later when I once again placed him in front of his bowl and he looked at me confused. Then he only had a few tiny bites. I wonder if his pancreatitis is acting up again. He is lip licking a bit, so he may be nauseous. He has major interest in my Funyuns though. So since we've been dealing with low AMPS's this week and now I'm noticing him not eating well, I think I should start thinking about a BCS dose for the morning if he's got a low number.

Do you have medication on hand for nausea? Lip licking is a classic sign (you already know that which is cool).

Any clear or foamy vomits lately?

I never did this but some beans here give kitties pepcid-like 1/4 of the pill I believe...
Hope Willow feels better--Maybe put a topping on the food like tuna juice, 2 crushed temptations, chicken dust. Or what works for me , putting small bits of chicken into food..Good luck, It can be so upsetting--Hope Willow gets hungry!

Grrr no... pepcid is packed away in one of these stupid boxes *looks over at insane amount of boxes piled in dining room from my move in JANUARY* He's not supposed to have eating issues... I'm not prepared for it lol. My bird is really sick with an URI right now... I don't need two sick babies. :(

He doesn't usually throw up... which is why I was surprised to see throw up on Wed morning. It looked like food more than anything. So no clear or foamy vomits.
