Good morning LL

Tarragon is doing pretty good this morning. He slept with his beans all night which is very unusual. I think he just needed to be with us. Nights are hard. DH slept with Turnup wrapped in his arms every night for the last 18 years. The last few days while Turnup was sick, Tarragon really didn't eat much. Last night he ate a big supper so that is encouraging. He is very clingy but I think that is to be expected. I am planning on making a tribute post to Turnup when I can emotionally. Maybe tonight.

Have a great day!

:bighug::bighug::bighug: All of my guys stayed very close after Mario crossed. They feel the loss, too, and they know we need them to be close by. They are such amazing critters. Sending more prayers....

DH just called. Tarragon still hasn't eaten this morning and wouldn't touch his treats when DH went to leave. Treat time is a huge deal for T. I just hope he pulls out of this. It is so hard when they are diabetic and need to eat. I can vent here because I know you have all been through this.

Morning Melissa :coffee::coffee::coffee:

A beautiful start for Mr T. Eat up Tarragon. It is hard when one knows they need to eat. Hugs to you, and Tarragon.

Cats do grieve as much as we humans do. He misses Turnup, much like Elsa did when Mannie crossed. It took a while, lots of comfort for her, and lots of talk with her. The alone time for her was hard. I'd come home to a very needy kitty. Tarragon will be ok. Hugs to all of you there.

I hope Tarragon starts eating soon. Sending comfort and eating vines. I think once the routine settles in and they don't see their sibling, the grieving starts. How is Charlie taking it?
Keeping you, Brian, Mason, Tarragon and Charlie in my thoughts and prayers.

Sending hugs for all of you and lots of eating vines for Mr. T! He misses his companion and is grieving, so is Charlie. It takes time for them, just as it does for us.

Awww, poor Mr. T. I'm so sorry you all have to go through this, but it is an unfortunate price we pay when we take a furbaby into our hearts and home. I wish you could explain to Tarragon and Charlie that Turnip is in a better place, healthy and happy and watching over them. Many vines and hugs to you all. Extra appy vines for Tarragon. :bighug::bighug::bighug:

It's so hard. Hard for us; hard for the other companions. Grief must work it's course. Comfort and healing to all your family. And eating vines galore for Mr. T.

Well Tarragon ate all his fuds by the time I got home. Thank goodness. Mason thinks part of it might be that I am only leaving one bowl out now instead of two. I might try splitting his food into the two bowls tomorrow. I brought him some new nanners tonight and that perked him up. He is sitting in the chair cuddling with his daddy bean now. Charlie is hanging in there. He is spending a lot of time back in the bedroom where Turnup was usually at. As for the beans, we are all going through the motions and trying to be as upbeat as possible for the boys. Our hearts ache a lot and we feel like a huge part is missing, because it is. I know you have all been through this and know what I mean.

I am so sorry about your sweet Turnup. Of course a huge part is missing. Give T and Charlie extra scritches for me.
Sending much love your way ♥♥♥

Yes, our furkids need to grieve just as we do. Try explaining to Tarragon and Charlie. They understand more than you think. I'm very glad T. ate his fuds.

Thinkng of you all tonight. Turnup is in good paws at the Bridge. She's your Guardian Angel now.
