2/17 Smokey AMPS 405 +2 342 +6 300 lumps are cellular :(

Really not a good news day all around. The numbers suck. The lump news sucks. We scheduled surgery next Thursday to get them out to get them analyzed since the slide of the aspirate doesn't really tell us much other than it contained mostly cells so it is not something simple like a cyst or infection.

We ended up in the ER last night with one of the fosters who were spayed yesterday. I came home and her breathing just rattled and sounded like fluid in her lungs. It didn't sould like just throat irritation so off we go with poor little scared Hope (first time alone without her sister). While we were there her temp rose from normal to 103.8. It doesn't look to be anything serious, but she is on antibiotics now.

I am so tired and so behind in work and just want to curl up in bed with my girl and not get out for days.

I am sorry they couldn't give you no worry lumpy results. I will keep Smokey in my thoughts and hope its nothing serious, but if it is that you caught it very early. I just read her profile and I see she is of the fluffybutt breed LOL.

I'm sorry Hope had to go into the vets and I hope she recovers very quickly also. I can imagine how stressful the last couple of days has been for her.
