Yesterday's realization of food carbs condo

Wow look at that...last night we fed Sophisticat again just because he wouldn't touch the Special Kitty and bam! numbers back to normal. I still can't believe that I was giving 16% calories from carbs a couple of days there! Holy moly! Today everything is going back.

TGIF and a long weekend!!!

On another note, I opened the garage door yesterday (still haven't installed the automatic thing yet) and I think I tore my rotator cuff...its been an painful day. I am typing this with one hand because I can't lift my other arm high enough to get on the table. Ah man...always something.

Welcome back to the green floor! At least you figured out where the higher numbers were coming from...lol. I don't mind those numbers when I finally figure out where they came from, the ones I hate are the ones you sit there and scratch your head about and never do figure out why they happened. :roll:

Sorry to hear about the shoulder, but play it to the hilt! If you can't get them to do what you want off the "Honey Dew" list by asking, guilt them into it when you get hurt... ohmygod_smile
