Wow, what a week. Lobster finally passed his blockage with assistance Saturday night. It was impressive and I think he was pretty proud of himself. After a bath he was right as rain and playing. He got fluids through the weekend and now I will just be keeping an eye on him. Sarge has been dropping through +8 so when he hit 55 at 2am (+6.5) Sunday morning I started giving him medium carb food. This seemed to head off the next cycle bounce and he was blue at AMPS. I am trying a reduction to 1.25U to see if I can keep him in the green but above 50. It's too nerve-racking to have him flirt with 50 when I am at work.
I guess I get to shovel snow today. Our 1-2in storm turned into 5-6in. Can't complain, that is more than we have gotten all winter so far. Happy Monday!
