Re: 2/16 Rusty AMPS 113, +9 100
Hi again,
Lovely ski on trails that were extensively used by deer--hoof prints and hoof post-holes all over the place. We saw at least 15 deer. This has been a tough winter for them because of the heavy snow.
My boys each had an "event": Rusty threw a Hairballus Giganticus! It was as big as a mouse! Edward sliced a piece off his thumb with the bread knife (trying to cut his bread--usually something that I do!). Blood all over the kitchen!! Golly, I can't even go out for a few hours!!!
All else seems to be fine. Rusty ate both sittings of his breakfast and a small lunch. Edward gave him a good combing and played "cats's cradle" with him using Red Ears' string. Rusty helped Edward at his desk, being careful not to step on his keyboard. And they were both happy to see me when I returned. We just had our +9 test (I'm calling it green, since it was 100 even) and Rusty had his +9 snack. In 1/2 hour DH and I will have our +10.5 beer (I consider beer to be a sports drink).
Off to condos now. Everyone have a good evening.
