Starting out today with what seems to be Neko's favorite PS number on this dose. Due to last night's late shot (after DF's birthday dinner out), we had the inevitable series of complaints from the cats that our alarms were broken. Yes, there was whacking in there.:smuggrin:

I haven't seen a cat in the new bed yet. Now that I've got two of those beds, neither cat is in them today. :rolleyes: At least Neko slept part of the night in the first one I bought. I had to remind her about it and she happily hopped in and started making biscuits and purring. I love it when she gets in the zone.

Dueling excavators is back on our play list today. Sounds like there is going to be a massive amount of cement being poured soon. They want to rip down our back fence and replace it with concrete footings. Probably means kitties (and skunks) will no longer be able to crawl under the fence.

We are in the back half of February and sliding into spring. More pruning in my future. Vines to all in need today. Extra hugs out to Melissa and her family.
 
Nice start for Neko! LOVE kitty biscuits....Trix does make 'em, but a few of my civvies do. So cute.

Of course they ignore the beds now that there are two....they ARE cats after all :rolleyes::joyful:!!!

That really is a very nice PS to start the day. Neko, there's another party in the lagoon if you care to join in!

I guess the fun is gone now that they don't have to fight over one bed. Silly kitties!

Hopefully massive amount of concrete being poured will mean an end to excavating! Paws are crossed!
 
Hi Wendy! Neko is looking especially pretty today in her blue dress:). I know how much she and her mama bean love to see it on her:smuggrin:. Murphys Law on the new beds now that there are two:rolleyes::rolleyes: but I'm sure they will soon both want the same one at the same time and ignore the other one, lol. I love it when they knead, it's so stinkin' adorable. I hope you're enjoying your Family Day!
 
Nice start for Neko today. I hope she gets back to green soon. I think it's in the cat rule book that they have to ignore the new beds now. LOL
 
Beautiful blues for Neko today!! LOL on the double bed situation- little stinkers! :smuggrin::p Happy Birthday to your DF yesterday- how neat they received transportation to your place for the party!

p.s. Wendy, It's too late for you this time, but the next time you have to come down to Bellingham for supplies, the Fred Meyer also carries BeechNut and Gerber baby food; though you just can't beat that cheap Walmart price! :rolleyes:
 
Way sweet on Neko making biscuits. Happy kitty.

I think Liz has the right idea on the beds. It's really no fun to claim a bed when there's another just like it for the other cat. So, hide one! Let the games begin!

I spotted two cats in two beds today. :joyful::joyful:

@ (((Melissa))), Amy, (((Tricia))), Rachel, Carla, Ruth, Liz, Marilyn - It was only a brief moment, but enough to give me hope! And keep the two beds out.
