YESTERDAY'S CONDO:

Higher than normal last night and this morning as well. He finally ate last night. I have no idea how low he went but probably not too much lower than the +4.75. I don't know when he cleaned his plate as he did leave some food on his plate and I didn't pick it up. He was very vocal around an hour before amps again and this time I gave him Gerbers's right off when it was time and he ate it. Purring and with me to measure his insulin so I think he is feeling okay. I gave him 1/4 instead of 1/2 ondansetron so let's see how he does.

Vines and prayers to all in need with extras for Tricia and her four, Poncho and Chris, and everyone else is need.

Feel better, Max! Eat yer fuds!!

Hi Elise, Thanks for the tip about Honeyville.com frozen turkey. I checked it out on the website and was disappointed to read in the customer reviews that it arrived with lots of turkey dust and not very many chunks. Was that your experience? Rusty won't even eat the dust when sprinkled on his food, so when I buy freeze-dried treats I always have to examine the bags carefully to make sure that there is very little dust. That's one reason I like Whole Life: the pieces are big and they don't crumble easily.

Enjoy your day. Is it a holiday there?

Yea, the chicken does have more powder than it should but I can put it on top of Max's food to entice him. I still think it might be priced overall but it varies batch to batch. The turkey is much better but too pricey and think you said Rusty won't eat turkey. I agree about Whole Life not having so much powder though. I was hoping I could save you a little money but not if you can't make use of the powder.

It's a holiday here but I'm not working and our caregiver decided to take the day off so it's just like any other for me except I want to get over to Bloomingdales to use my rewards before they expire. Sadly I get them from buying supplies for Max, not because I bought things there! Enjoy the holiday as well.

Now Max...let's go over this!!

This is a BALL

YOU are a CAT!!

Are you sure that was a bounce and not a food spikje from the Gerbers? I tried to give Tiger Gerbers once and I feel certain she got a food spike. It has thickening in it, but I noticed the BeechNut has only broth. Just a thought. I have not used DManoose, I see where it gets recommended on the Tanya's Website Discussion group but it is my understanding it is a sugar and probably not good for Tiger. I was going to suggest it for my mom though.

Looks Like Max has cleared whatever that was at +1- fingers crossed his appy stays good with less Ond. :bighug:

Max has had Gerbers a lot since being diabetic and it doesn't raise his BG much. He also gets a spoonful at a time. I think this was definitely a bounce. Gerbers does contain cornstarch.

Yea, I check out DManose after I wrote to you and saw it wasn't a good idea for diabetics probably. My mom can't take it because of the coumadin.

Dat some pretty decent bouncing, Max. I think I promote you to the next level in my classes. Congratulations. Next time we aim for black. Your mommy be so proud! PS Don't pay attention to the rubber ball vs. cat pics. Doze is just to confuse us into not bouncing. Dey come from peoples who don't want us to make our mommies proud.

Max? Whatcha gunna do? Where ya gunna go? Sounds a little like an old time radio mystery.

Pick a number. A nice safe number. Then float around that number tonight. Please.

Well, so far a food spike I think. Let's see what happens next. Max the Unpredictable strikes again!
