and Happy Caturday,BFG hogging all the toys

Today decided I would run a curve, we caught a 56 @+6, fed a couple of teaspoons LC 5.2% and that saw BFG surf through in the 60's till 9.5, by pmps he's back shoreside. Needless to say he got quite a few pokes this afternoon, by 9.5 he was nice and steady, so I decided to give him a little break till PS. Tonight is cycle 3, of the new dose, if he doesn't bounce, tonight might be interesting, as cycle 3-4 is where I would usually see what he can do with a dose. It seems like he's responded to the dosecrease almost immediately with lower nadirs, I'm hoping that we'll start to get better duration as the depot fills.

His Onset and nadir continue to be later than they were first time round. Onset around +4-+5 and nadir +7-+9. Today he both onset and nadired a little earlier than he has been. In the past, with George, that was an indication that he was heading for a reduction. Time will tell if this still holds true.

In other news the naughty Cockerel has been re homed he's gone to live at my friend's house with some ducks and geese, apparently he's settled in well. The other boy that got beaten up has recovered enough now to go back in with the hens, they all seemed happy to have him back, and the flock has settled down. They've been quite nervous and anxious since the big fight, so I'm glad to see them happier.

The power went to his head after he won the fight and was bullying a couple of the hens. The geese won't take any nonsense, so he'll learn to behave, he'll have a nice life at my friends place, plenty of space to roam about with the other birds and with the horses and donkeys.

Glad the dosecrease seems to be working

It's just my musings, it always helps me to think 'aloud' and look back and analyse how his cycles have panned out. His patterns so far are very different to first time round, it's been taxing on my sleep, having to get up at silly oclock to try and catch his drops. First time round he was usually done by 11pm to midnight, which meant I often got a good amount of sleep, unless he was having one of his PJ parties of course.

Yep, I was/am always awestruck seeing a lot of you knowing the cycles and patterns so well that you could get some sleep confident that the kitties wouldn't drop off a cliff at night while having a green cycle. I never got there with Uncle, it was always a PJ party time for us. I think if we had longer than one year, we would have gotten there.

Yeah for the 56 you caught! Way to go George! I couldn't see the photo or was it a video? that you posted. Great that you got the bird rehomed and it sound like a nice place to live. How cute that the hens missed him and welcomed him back into the flock.

It is amazing how different each time they are back on the juice how different their cycles are. I am enjoying the earlier nadirs which means I can go to bed and feel like he's okay. But, he still cries in my ear for more food anywhere from 11PM to 12AM so momma gets up with him. If I could trust him not to eat his and Forrest's food, I would just use the autofeeder. But, I have to go to the bathroom anyway...

Glad BFG is reporting to lagoon duty. He's been a bit rusting so guessing that's why he's doing some intermittent shore time.

I think tonight might be a long night he's dropped to 64@+4 given 3tsp of LC 5.2% will check at +4.5. I've a feeling the 5.2% might not be enough.

So far:

That's SO wierd. I say it this morning. he was laying there with his toys all around looking relaxed and triumphant. Now it's gone, just says IMG in brackets now...
