Yesterday's Condo

Gabby woke me up this morning initially by staring at me and headbutting my arm until I turned over. She then draped herself across my chest and purred. Then she got up and disappeared. Fortunately, I fell back asleep.

Gizmo has been silly. I found a pile of toys in the middle of the hall. He brought a spring into the kitchen, dropped it, and then whacked it so it rolled to my feet. There was no question in his mind that it was play time! Later, he seemed surprised that I knew he was under the sofa. The big, fluffy tail that was sticking out was a dead give away. He's now furiously slapping the bi-fold doors in my hall that fascinate him.

Nice little wake up call this morning.

Tarragon does the same thing as Gizmo. He will hide behind a curtain and his big bushy tail is still sticking out. Funny kitties. Have a great day!

I'm not sure what Gabby has in mind this morning. I saw that AMPS and starting thinking, "Dosecrease!" and then stopped myself and thought, "Patience. She was green yesterday." I don't mind a high before a break but all in one cycle?

Maybe the pink AMPS was her way of saying: you wouldn't wake up this morning for my headbutts and purrs, I'll wake you up now!

Wow, Gabby really decided to mess with your mind this morning! So glad she came back down to the lovely green! You have talked me through many situations and given some good "patience" reminders so it kinda cracked me up this morning when I read:

I guess no matter how long a person has been at this it's still nerve racking when they do that kinda stuff. Glad to know it's not just us newbies who want to jump the gun... LOL! It sounds like you have a lot of entertainment in your house! Isn't it amazing the happiness and joy these little guys can give us with all of their silly antics! What would we do without our crazy little furballs! :dizcat
BTW...wish I could get on here more often to write, but know that I truly appreciate all of your loving help and support with Sam Siam. Instead of being in safe Lantus Land I would seriously be in Crazy Confusion Land!!!

Gabby is clearly intent on being a rainbow kitty today.

She just finished her first mini-dinner and strolled into the bedroom. Giz decided it was playtime. Gabby had other ideas and leaped over the cubes and then jumped onto her box which is, in effect, a "no Gizmo" zone. I love it when she does something that surprises Giz. He gets the most perplexed expression on his face!!

Glad to know you contemplate the itchy finger on the syringe, too :lol: :lol: :lol: But you are one who has taught me patience....well, as patient as I get anyway. :lol: :lol:

Love Gizmo under the sofa.....cats think they are so great at the hidey hide thing.
