Hope everyone had a nice weekend. Unfortunately, I dropped a vial of insulin I bought a few weeks ago on the bottom of the refrigerator door. I dropped it about 6 hours ago and I see some small bubbles or floaties? Does this mean it is damaged? I can't buy new insulin before shot time so I guess I could try it.

you're probably just seeing air bubbles. i don't think i'd worry about it at this point. floaties are particles, like little bits in the insulin. just watch for that - otherwise i'd just carry on. make a note of it in your ss.

If it's bubbles, they'll go away eventually. Just keep an eye on it and Lovey's numbers. If they get really out of whack, the insulin could be bad.

Thank you Carla. I don't think I saw any bubbles this morning, but Lovey's AMps and +6 were both in the 200's but she could be bouncing from the 80's last night. Hopefully the numbers will be more regular tonight. Thanks for the input.

Hopefully it was just air bubbles Catherine!

I think you're also probably right that he's bouncing off last nights numbers.

Good luck and hope Lovie clears this bounce quicky!
