Trix has spoken..."No dosecrease for me"! Looks like we're back having the dosecrease threats work! Hopefully she'll keep it easy today and not give DH too much to worry about while I'm at work.

Looks like the anti-snow prayers are working, too. Today's storm seems to be missing us, as least for the most part - yay! However, the plows came through again last night to widen the streets, pushing a fresh new pile of icy slushy crap into the base of our driveway, after DH spent tons of time yesterday getting it all cleaned out. Boo. His back is not happy.

The cold is still taking its toll on me, but I do have to work today. I hate going out and sharing the germs as much as I hate not having time to recover. It does finally seem to be abating a bit.

Amy, I've been thinking of you with all the horrible storms. My Mom and sisters live in rural PA, and they have some of the same mess. I'm glad it's a little better today. I know how hard it is on your business to have so many snow days. There are so many nice areas of CA when you and DH are ready.
I'm so glad to see Trixie took your dose threat serious, what a good girl. Happy Valentine's Day weekend. Hugs and scritches from us.

Looks like we have a reducie, and poor DH is going to be busy this morning - poor guy is still outside fighting the snowplow damage. Gravy is on board....up, Trix!

Whoa, Trix, get on that surfboard! I don't like that icy stuff the snowplows throw at the end of the driveway either. :-x :-x More vines for you, Amy.

I'm not looking forward to the 40's and 50's, next week. My home is downhill, of the several feet of snow in my yard. Eek!!

Hope business is good today, to make it all worth the effort of going in. :smile:

Ok, no dosecrease for Trixie, she has decided! :mrgreen: . Wow, no need to be dramatic about it, little one. I'm glad your daddy bean is home to test and keep you safe :cool: .

Sorry about the windrow at the end of the driveway, I hate that! :evil: Same thing happened to me last week, I had just cleared the driveway and gone to the chiro...next day, BAM. 3ft x 2ft pile of ice and snow chunks. And -30C out, so I had to shovel it out to get my car into the driveway to plug it in! Blech. Sending strengthening and feel good back vines to DH.

I hope you feel better soon, Amy. I hope you get some business today to make up for being closed. Happy Caturday! :-D

Trixie definitely didn't want that dosecrease. I hope she surfed a little higher the rest of the day. Sorry about the snow plow coming through. Why do they always do that after you've cleared the driveway? I hope your DH's back isn't bothered too bad.

I don't have all of Trix's numbers because I'm at work and DH has them at home...but, in a nutshell, she came up. I did give her some Karo with her HC at +3 because she seemed pretty frantic for food - I was afraid she was dropping too fast again and wanted to nip it in the bud. We'll go with a .25U decrease tonight, which puts us back down under 3.00U - a big psychological woohoo!

Spoke too soon about the weather....we have a nasty "wintry mix" going on now....snow, freezing rain, winds, YUCK. Hopefully it won't actually accumulate - but we are closing the store early because there is no one out there :-x ....c'mooooonnnnnnnnn spring!!

Trixie has indeed spoken - no dosecrease for her! What a nice cycle today. Nice too in that she didn't bonce to the moon, and has a great pmps numbers. WOo hOO! I will hope she has a good cycle tonight, one that will not keep you up. ;-)

oh my on your weather..... i so hate those wintry mix, the freezing rains alone would be such a downer. Stay wamr tonight, and be safe if you are out and about. So sorry that you had to clsoe early...
