Not much to report here....happy appy, snuggles, feistiness. We have hit another rough patch with the gelcaps, but I know it will eventually smooth out. No doubt we're just going to toggle back and forth between rough patches and smooth times when it comes to those stupid pills.
This morning, she was playing with one of the scratchers in a way I hadn't seen in a while. The people she used to live with (they don't even qualify to be called "owners", much less "caregivers"...horrible, horrible people) had her declawed, but she still likes the "scratch" the cardboard scratching pads. But, since she can't make a mess by clawing up cardboard shards like the civvies do, she shreds it with her teeth instead...she's such a hoot! She hadn't done that in a long time, so it was fun seeing her doing it this morning.
I'm in extra helicopter mode, now that the banana meds are done...all sorts of nervous and paranoid about backsliding. Yep, I'm certifiable!
The weather here is pretty wicked, but in the grand scheme we are lucky compared to what New England is getting. But, we're at 8 degrees with a -11 wind chill. Needless to say, we are not used to temps below zero here!
DH has another Masters swim meet today, and I have to work...so unfortunately no +9 snicky snacky - unless Trix decides to munch on the plates I leave out, and do so at just the right time!
Sending out extra vines and prayers to Melissa, Brian, Mason, Charlie, Tarragon, and their sweet civvie, Turnup....
Time for me to get moving....have a great day, L&LL!
