Good Morning, Everyone,
Roni and Brad are in our thoughts and prayers today.
Rusty had a good night sleeping between his beans. He ate all his nighttime food and was very ready for his breakfast. We had a good test, shot, first sitting of breakfast, a good schmooze, and now a nap in his little bed by the radiator. The LagoonMeister has gone further up on shore this morning, so I hope he will find his way back into the lagoon over the course of the day. Yesterday was flat, hovering around 100.
It is a heat wave outdoors: 35 degrees already! Tonight it is supposed to get very cold, so I will be able to open up the coolers and get some really freezing temps back into them (the things in them are staying frozen, however: at least on last inspection). Only 3 days until the new 'fridge arrives!
Nothing much planned for today. We were going to go snowshoeing on the easy trails at the VIC, but my quad muscle is really hurting, so I'm going to rest it and just go for a walk in town. I have DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Syndrome).
Wishing you all a good Friday,
Ella & Rusty
