Good Morning, Everyone,

I took Rusty's dose back up a half-drop at PMPS yesterday because he seemed to be drifting on the small reduction. This morning he drifted up!! No fur shot last night, so the :cat: is responsible. Poor appetite overnight: he only ate his treats!

We are having more snow, but it is of the heavier, wet variety. This afternoon I'm going to go to the x-c ski centers to try out my new skis and boots. Exciting! Tomorrow our group is supposed to have a cookout at a lean-to, but the lean-to we always ski to is inaccessible because the access road still isn't plowed and it is impossible to park on the highway. So, depending on what happens today with the roads, we will change the venue. We do this cookout every year: everyone brings 3 sticks of firewood, their own hotdogs and buns, and we grill the hotdogs over a fire. Some years it has been as low as -15 degrees F., but this year it will be in the upper 20s-low 30s. Much more comfortable for standing around!

Wishing everyone a fine day and sending vines to all kitties and beans in need.

Rusty, Aunt Karen gets upset when you don't eat your fuds. Treats are OK, but you need real food buddy so eat up today. Hope you love the new boots and skies! You live in the right area for all your activities. Stay warm and enjoy the cookout Ella.

Appy vines from us too. Eat yer fuds, Rusty! The cookout sounds fun. I think that's amazingly generous of @Amy&TrixieCat to encourage you to enjoy the snow, knowing how much she dislikes it. :)

Hi again,
Rusty ate pretty well today. We had blowing wet snow today, white-out at times, but I went to try out my new skis anyway. They are wonderful! I love them!! So much easier to ski on than my old skis. Can't wait to try them out tomorrow on a "real" (ungroomed) trail when we ski to the lean-to for our picnic. Just learned that the access road has been plowed. Hooray! Now we can do the trip we had planned.

Everyone have a good evening. Off to visit a few condos.

Morning Ella :coffee::coffee::coffee:

Work that juice Rusty! Good luck with the new dose. Think green, 'K?

New skis? C9ool! Hope you had fun trying them out. Very good news on the access road. Have fun today as you ski to your picnic. All sounds like a great adventure.

Enjoy the day!
