4 Ps in place! Ripley's never been very playful, so I think 4 will be her maximum. Or I can replace that 5th 'P' with something like 'Persnickety' or 'Picky,' which she is being about her breakfast today :lol: .

Thinking about Roni today. The first full day without Moonie will be especially difficult, I'm sure.

Maybe she protested against the use of those unfortunate P-words :lol: !

It's another beautiful day! Guess who's basking out in the backyard?

Yellow, but just barely.

She's taking her sweet time to eat her dinner.
We're trying to ease up on the 'decorations.' SWe think she's expecting the enticement treats.
(What?!? A cat is expecting shrimp?!? It happens... She has us well-trained. :lol: )

Oh, look at that -- just like this morning, she finished her food just as I was condo-ing about how slowly she's eating. :roll:

She has a quick check-up appt. on Monday ~ vet wants to examine her before writing a prescription for fluids. (I ended up getting a bag yesterday from the vet, but I want future bags from a less-expensive source.) He said he wants to start her slow (only 50mls every other day) because he wants her system to get used to receiving fluids, and because he doesn't think her kidneys need more fluids/more frequency just yet.

Ripley's squawking at DH, probably demanding more shrimp. She cracks me up.
